Ingredient: Per 0.8ml serving — GABA 150mg · Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) 750mg (from 50mg of 15:1 extract) · Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 200mg (from 50mg of 4:1 extract) · L-Theanine 25mg · Magnesium Bisglycinate 25mg (5mg elemental magnesium). Other ingredients: purified water, ethanol, glycerol, flavouring, citric acid, sucralose.
Use: Add 1 serving (0.8ml) to 150–200ml of water and drink 15–30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 60 servings per bottle (≈2-month supply).
